This course will introduce clinicians to the principles, practices, and applications of Reiki within the context of patient care by use of interactive discussions, patient scenarios, and in-class and at-home practice. Throughout the course, clinicians will explore the fundamental concepts of Reiki, including its origins, philosophy, and principles. Clinicians will also learn about chakras, Reiki healing techniques, Reiki meditations and affirmations, and using Reiki to recognize and decrease implicit bias in patient care.
